Pros: Attractive/Stylish
Cons: Poor Construction, Low quality, Poor value
It's constructed very well, but the mechanism to flatten and fold is horrible. If the back is against the wall, you must pull the entire deck and arm rests two feet towards you in order to flatten the bed. Forget about trying to get it back to a couch! You must tip the enitre futon on it's front side from the back of the couch and FORCE it to fold back up. Of course the mattress will tip off the frame and knock over the closest lamp to the futon If the back is against a wall it will NOT fold back into a couch by using the front edge. Don't buy this if don't have access to the unfolded bed on three sides. Even with the helper springs its nearly impossible to fold this thing back up. I would not buy this thing if I had known it's faults.

Pros: Easy to put together
It was easy to assemble and rest the person(s) sitting in a comfortable position. Great futon!

Pros: Great value, Attractive/Stylish, High quality, Great struction, Easy to put together
This futon is of high quality. Assembly could be awkward for one person because of part size and weight. I goes together well and looks great. If you want to make it look more like a couch, get a futon cover that has a front skirt, it will cover the steel bar below the mattress.
