I ordered the set on a Saturday and it was delivered the VERY NEXT DAY! I had thrown my back out a week earlier and the prompt service that I received when I ordered this was great.
I should have ordered the low profile boxsprings because it's too high on the frame and I could exchange it without a hefty restocking fee so we have to put it on the floor.
It has helped my back and I sleep better.

Bought the bed for back pains. It reduced, somewhat, my back discomfort but not to what the advertisement claimed it would do. It was softer than expected. I believe that if I had gotten a firmer one, it would have been better.

Very good mattress for the money - it's a little softer than I expected but I went for a 'medium' firmness to compromise with my girlfriend who likes a more plush mattress. It was easy to get used to and is very comfortable - a world of difference from the Ikea mattress I had before. Overall I'm very satisfied.

Sealy is a respected name but I was not satisfied with this product. I had to exchange the mattress 3 times within 40 days because I received defective merchandise. The first and second mattresses I exchanged, on both occasions, the foam encasement on the sleeping edge bent out of shape as well as the mattress comfort layers around the bed edge where the foam was bent developed a huge dip appx 2 inches deep. The third mattress made loud noises which came from the coils inside. The coil noise was so loud that it prevented me from getting a good night sleep.
I was very satisfied with the way Sleepy's worked with me to rectify the above problems. After 3 unsuccessful exchanges, Sleepy's generoulsy gave me a store credit equivalent to the mattress price which alllowed me to pick out a different mattress of my choice. I chose a Stearns and Foster mattress instead!!!

I love this mattress. It's very comfortable. Not too hard, not too soft, but just right. Little red riding hood would love it. The only thing more comfortable than this bed is a pillow top mattress, but besides that the bed is great.

This is my first mattress that I've bought and I am very pleased. I took the "What mattress is right for you" quiz and this was one of the results, and I'm so glad that I got it! I'm pretty small, so the full works just fine to sleep me and one other person, however going up to a queen may have been a good idea. I love it though! Very comfortable, and for someone with a bad back, this is saying a lot.

High quality mattress with nice layer of memory foam. Feels excellent. FYI, because of the comfort zones (different areas of memory foam for head, torso, and feet), the orientation of the mattress matters. Make sure to get it right way round.
The foam gives it a soft feel, but still firm enough for a stomach sleeper. Unexpectedly happy with it.
Also great deal at sleepy's. Cheapest option I found.
