My husband and I are both quite picky when it comes to mattresses. We both love this mattress. It is firm and supportive, yet soft enough to really sink into, yet feel supported. We both have back issues and wake up feeling great!

too firm!

the first week was smooth sailing, not as soft as our past mattress. soon realized that if you sleep on your side, your arms and shoulders fall asleep, you need to adjust your body often. better if you sleep on your back.
i would not reccommend this bed.

This matress was not comfortable at all and we bit the bullet and traded in for another matress. My wife who wanted a firm matress and slept on a firm matress for many years was not happy either. Only reason I gave it 2 stars was because the quality of the matress pulled it from a 1 star.
I slept an average of 3 or 4 bad hours per night and we tried the matress for a few weeks before we just couldn't take it anymore.
Quality of the matress was top notch.
You also need to try it out for yourself, just because the matress didnt work for us, doesn't mean it wouldn't work well for you.
We did happen to stop at a few different sleepy's locations and it all depends on that salesperson you end up talking with. The salesperson is a make or break getting you into a matress that is right for you. After the experience of a few different sales people at Sleepy's and other stores we visited you get a feel for someone who cares and wants to help you. If you are in the central New Jersey area, look no where else, go see Lou at the Old Bridge, NJ location.
