Very Saggy Middle after Only 1 Week

Cons: Not supportive, Low quality
I have owned and slept in this mattress for over 1 month now and am literally sorely disappointed (pun intended). I only weigh 135 pounds, and after only a few nights the entire middle of the mattress began to sag so badly compared with the edges that I cannot sleep comfortably. This is NOT a feature related to the pillow top. Needless to say, this is an enormous disappointment.

Pros: Great value, Supportive
The mattress is very comfortable and has better support than my last pillow top mattress. We don't even have a box spring on our bed frame and the mattress holds it's own, but is still soft enough on the pillow top to give that extra bit of comfort. An even bigger plus was that customer service was excellent - which led us to cancel our previous order from a competitor for this one.

I would definitely recommend this mattress. Great for those who want the softness of a pillowtop mattress but not so soft that you'll sink 3 inches in. Still firm enough to prevent back or neck problems but with the comfort of any pillowtop!

I bought this for my guest room, but when my son tried it he makes excuses to sleep in that room. When I first kneeled on the mattress I thought it was way too soft, but when I layed on the mattress it supported my weight very nicely. Moving on the bed will not disturb the other person. It is a high quality mattress for a very good price.
