The Euro Top model features an additional upholstery layer at the top of the mattress for added softness at the sleep surface, like the Pillow Top. What makes the Euro Top different is the tailoring, which creates a slightly firmer feel than the Pillow Top.

I purchased this mattress and boxspring while it was on sale. Plus I had a promo code, so I got a really good deal.
The mattress is very comfortable. It has a plush eurotop, but does not feel like you are sleeping on pillows. It still is a little firm, so there is plenty of support.
Overall, I'm very happy and always have a great night's sleep with this mattress.

This bed is amazing. It's like sleeping on a cloud. I don't think that it is too soft. It is both supportive and cushy. If you're looking for firm, this is not the bed for you. But if you want to melt into sleeo, this is the bed for you. A great experience with Sleepy's!

Bought this bed for my son who has had back surgery in the past. I wanted to give him good support. He thought the bed was a little too firm, but we put a pillow topper on it and now he says its so comfortable that he uses it as his excuse for not getting out of bed!

Originally, I was just upgrading from a full size mattress to a queen...but as the purchase time got closer, I started having neck stiffness due to not sleeping well throughout the night.
When I received my new Serta, it was a different story!! As soon as my first night, I slept through the night, waking up with no neck pain! It was wonderful!

The mattress sleeps comfortable, but I was a bit disappointed on the height of the mattress. At 11 inches most of my sheets are swimming on this mattress. To improve the ratings on this item they should raise the height to at least 15 inches or more. This would give the bed a more luxurious look.
