Pros: Great value, High quality
We have yet to receive the mattresses, but the quality of Serta is known to be very good, the comfort and firmness were great and the girls loved the feel of the mattresses in the showroom. The price was comparatively very good.

Pros: Great value, High quality
Bed is very supportive, yet comfortable at the same time. I am able to fall asleep much faster than I did with my prior mattress. Very good quality product!!!

Cons: Low quality, Poor value
I have to say this mattress is AWFUL! it's too soft, and now my back hurts everyday! every time I lay on it, i sink. no force supports my back, so i now i have to suffer serious backache. I can't even bend over to wash my face! Just don't buy it.
I'm at early 20s, perfectly healthy, not a sporty person, but in very good shape. So you know how bad this mattress is that it make me suffer.

Pros: Great value
Very comfortable. Bought for my teenage daughter; upgraded from an Ikea pillow top single mattress. She loves the new mattress! Not only can she spread out, but the mattress is just firm enough to give her a comfortable night's sleep without neck pain (which has been a problem).

I reviewed this bed and I like the way it looks. I do not have a bed. It is every thing i am looking for, I have back problems so i hope this would fit what i am looking for in a bed. The look alone says a lot about this bed. It has the lumbar support that i need, I bought a mattress from sleepys about two years ago. I would love my next one to be from sleepys as well. I have looked at other place but nothing seems to compare to sleepys they have the best price for beds. I could not see myslelf shopping anywere else for a bed set.

I was hoping that the sert-pro would be as comfortable as my memory foam pillows.
I have a platform bed and Honestly I thought the mattress would be thicker, I was expecting a traditional sized mattress and without a box spring I was afraid I would be too low to the ground. when I put this serta-pro on my bed and went to sleep it was wonderful. mind you it's only been one night but if every night is like this one I will be very happy with this memory foam mattress. it's not as thick as a traditional mattress but it's just as comfortable if not more so. I suggest this mattress to anyone who has a platform bed and I honestly feel that it would probably just as comfortable on a box spring, although I see no reason to need one.
I will say that while I'm laying on my stomach right now typing this review my back is not very comfortable.
