If you like the feel of a traditional feather pillow, this one feels very close to a very thick traditional pillow. Coming from a traditional pillow, I felt right at home with this one, and did not need any time to adjust and get used to it. I especially like how thick it is, but at the same time it allows my head to sink into it very comfortably.
However, I have since switched to the Tempur-Pedic Neck Pillow, and although it took about a week to adjust to it, I find it more comfortable than the traditional pillow.
So, if you don't mind a week or so to adjust, I would recommend the Tempur-Pedic Neck Pillow. Otherwise, you can't go wrong with the Tempur-Pedic Cloud Pillow.

This pillow met expectations, although my previous pillow was so soft over time that it took some getting used to in the beginning. However, it is very comfortable. I do notice that the Std/Queen pillowcases are a little small for this pillow, and the next size up would probably work better.

Cons: Poor value
This pillow hurt my neck because it was too thick. I wish I had looked at it in the store instead of buying online. The company offered store credit, so I can't complain about their response.

These pillows are great. We've never spent much money on pillows and recently we've been waking up with sore neck and shoulders everyday. Since the first night with these pillows- no more soreness! Very happy with this purchase.

I purchased this pillow about a month ago. I gave it 4 stars because I'm still getting used to it. So far so good. It takes a bit to break it in. Hoping that eventually I will not wake up with a stiff neck! I think that it's over priced just because of the name.

I just had a new mattress and box spring delivered along with two of these pillows. I thought the price was a little steep, but I took a nap this afternoon on this pillow and I slept like a baby and I was not achy at all upon awakening as I have been in the past. It conforms to your head and neck perfectly and it is the perfect firmess. It will be worth the money to get a good night's sleep.

First time to get this pilows at first it was bad to sleep on it but after some nights we got good sleep...we would say that pilow is good but hard to get used to it...our necks were in pain for couple nights...
