It is too warm!

Overall the Cloud Supreme is very comfortable! However, it is way too warm (hot) and we sweated *every* night we slept in it. We purchased it in February and we set thermostat to 64/65 in the night.
On one morning when we woke up at 6 and sweating, my husband took out an infrared thermometer gun and measured: room average temp was about 65 and the top of mattress where we slept was about 81!
We called Tempur customer service and followed their advice: putting mattress cover *inside* the original cover. It was substantial labor for a King-size mattress, but no change at all! We put a couple more sheets on top of the mattress and it helped a bit. Basically fabric is more breathable than the foam.
Then we tried to reduce room temperature and used a lighter comforter. As the result, any body parts exposed outside was freezing cold, but back was still warm and sweat.
We ended up went back to the store and made an exchange. The staff was helpful.
To conclude, I understand why they have a separate product called "Cloud Supreme Breeze", but not sure if it really works after reading reviews elsewhere.

Since we purchased this bed in September we wake up without pain in the mornings. This is the best bed we have ever had. We should have purchased this a long time ago. I would definitely recommend this bed. It is the best!

Our daughter liked sleeping on our king size tempur cloud so much, we had to buy her a queen size of her own. Awsome nights sleep, comfortable and can't feel your spouse moving around (of course no more tossing and turning) on the bed at night, now if we could only keep each other from pulling the blankets off.

My wife and I went into Sleepy's with the intention of buying just another mattress. The sales associate encouraged us to try the Tempur-Pedic, and we've been hooked ever since.
The memory foam allows your body to sink into the mattress and literally feel weightless. Tossing and turning during the night is now a thing of the past. My wife and I have experienced GREAT sleep ever since purchasing our Cloud Supreme.
Though Tempur-Pedic mattresses are expensive, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Our lower backs and necks have never felt better. No more groaning when getting up in the morning and having to bend to work out the kinks. We wish we would not have waited so long to buy one of these. Nothing else compares! A little more information about the intial break-in period should be explained. It is harder at first, but does break-in.

Amazing Product - Happy Again!!

I would like to start by saying that this is the THIRD mattress of this exact type that we have purchased over the last three years - and they are all wonderful!!
We split weeks between home and work. The decision to get this type of mattress was a struggle at first - they are expensive! We have never been sorry! We loved the first one so much that within a year we had bought one for our work quarters - hated going to work :-) The third was purchased for family and they love it.
Major reasons for initial purchase: I have a very bad back - degenerated discs low and neck and was waking up in pain, I am a busy sleeper, and my husband is a light sleeper. We had shopped, and decided that if a company is offering the trial and warranty that this product has - they must be pretty sure of themselves.
Other factors: We went with the slightly softer model because we tend to keep rooms cooler in the winter. These mattresses stay very firm if cold. Our apartment stays about 63-65, and our salesman advised us to go with this one. It is perfect!
We also went with the Dri-tech covers on all. One of our places is not air conditioned and we were concerned about heat in the summer. These mattresses do run a little warm... but we have found it to be a slight bother compared to the advantages.
We did have to change pillows... needed thinner ones because they do not depress the mattress like they did with a softer conventional mattress. Did not go with foam pillows - did not like the feel. I use buckwheat and he likes a regular back sleeper pillow.
The odor that folks talk about dispersed quickly - but our places are airy. We did follow the suggestions of rolling around on it to break it up initially.

We've been sleeping on the mattress for several weeks now. It sleeps a lot harder than the store model. I had my son jump up and down on it before using it, but it still sleeps very firm. The mattress also puts off a very strong odor. You get used to it, but it is still strong after a few weeks. We left our bedroom door closed for a day and it was unbearable when we opened it. The memory foam pillows are too thick and I am very unhappy with the pillow. My husband likes his, though (he has a much larger head). The delivery guys were extremely nice, although the four hour delivery window was not convenient. They delivered in the last five minutes of the window. The sales person was very helpful and followed up with a phone message.

Several Hours Sleep

When the Cloud arrived at my home I had great misgivings the first few days, because the bed was nothing like the one I tested in the showroom. I felt betrayed and was ready to take the darn bed back after the first couple of days. But my husband and I were told it could take a month or a tad bit longer before we really could settle in it. Really, why would we want to torture ourselves that way? But surprisingly, I'm sleeping through the night, and my husbands complaints have subsided too. I don't wake to every movement from a roll or turn on the bed, springs aren't seeking my ribs, knees (when climbing in the bed) and my back isn't crying out for support. This bed is awesome and although it was a hearty purchase than I wanted to submit to, I truly believe it was the best purchase I could have made. I really wanted to get rid of it at first. One of my children who is having trouble sleeping through the night said he could fall asleep instantly in my bed. I just may grant that wish and take that misery away, because my misery from the old bed is gone with the replacement of the Cloud and now that I'm adjusted with the Cloud it is heavenly. Give it a try, I hope you enjoy it as much as I am, if not better.

We recently purchased the TempurPedic Cloud Supreme and Cloud Supreme pillows. I have never gotten such a good night's sleep before. I used to wake up with back pain, neck pain and so on and I would toss and turn all night. Now I sleep soundly and, having upgraded from a queen to a king, can spread out, too! We love our purchase.

Queen Cloud Supreme

We bought the Cloud Supreme during the 4th of July event after our last coil mattress gave out. My husband's side of the bed had completely collapsed, causing severe back pain and sleepless nights, which in turn had me sleeping at an angle and also gave me sleepless nights.
When the Cloud Supreme arrived 3-4 days later, we were looking forward to a much needed night's rest and no back problems. I actually slept for 8-10 hours with no interruptions and woke up feeling refreshed, my back however, was still in pain after years of using a bad mattress. My husband loves the comfort, but says the mattress is too soft for his liking and would probably prefer the original Tempurpedic or the Contour. I, however, love the soft mattress and find the Cloud Supreme to be perfect for my weight and comfortability - I couldn't be happier with a mattress.

Love this bed! First mattress my husband and i agree on. We are both getting a good nights sleep. He no longer tosses and turns all night, which means, i no longer get woken up serveral times a night! It is soft, with good support. Also, really helps with my fibromyalga. Iam no longer waking up in pain. Worth every penny!
