Pros: Great Construction, Great value, High quality
I purchased the Cloud Supreme mattress with the ergo system. I LOVE the mattress. It truly does, at times, feel like I am floating on a cloud -- or what I assume it would feel like to actually float on a cloud. It is not hot; odor is gone within two days. No complaints whatsoever. Just pure happiness!
I am not as in love with the ergo system. I think the problem I have is unique to me. I have a neck problem and if I keep the head of the bed up too long, I start to have pain that wasn't there prior to use. However, the same thing happens to me when I sit in a chaise lounge on my porch for any length of time. It's not the ergo system -- it's me. Disappointing to me because I was looking forward to sitting up in bed to read and watch TV. So, if you have any neck issues, think twice about the system; otherwise, it would be FANTASTIC!!

Pros: High quality, Great struction
I tried just about every mattress in the Sleepys store and this was the best by far. We decided that the massage feature was not important to us, so we went with the wired remote. This way we can't lose it and won't need to worry about replacing batteries. I love being able to use the adjustable back to read or watch tv. And the mattress has eliminated morning shoulder and hip pains. Sleepys.com delivered the day after I ordered and the full-service delivery was great.
